		<description>Thank you Jonathan. The comment I left on the host news site never made it to their page. However, somehow the same site also completely disappeared from Google's listings. I am not sure who or what made that happen, but  looking up the name of my article will now show only my site, which is encouraging. Thanks again for your post. I will keep your advice in mind in case of future problems.</description>

However, if the person does not cooperate, I would not post the information here as the search engines can not distinguish between good and bad linking and it could win up helping the infringer.

If they don't respond, you can file a DMCA notice with the host and get the site removed. I have templates on my site and can gladly help you find who the host is if needed.
